Traci-Ann Dennis-Quarrie

Additive Manufacturing R&D Project Engineer

Traci-Ann Dennis-Quarrie is an Additive Manufacturing (AM) R&D Project Engineer for ASTM International. Her previous skills include the qualification (IQ, OQ, and PQ) of various AM systems and manufacturing processes, risk management through process failure modes and effects analysis (PFMEA) in compliance with ISO 14971 and project management and quality engineering for AM of medical devices. Traci-Ann has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering that she received from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Melbourne, Florida. Prior to joining the ASTM, she served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Stryker Spine and a Quality Project Manager at Oerlikon AM Medical. Throughout her career she was able to effectively qualify AM equipment for production of medical devices and worked to see various AM medical devices from R&D through to serial production.
