精密と革新：日本のものづくり精神と先進ソフトウェアの融合

 

2025年10月、ラスベガスで開催された ASTM International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing（ICAM 2025）の併催イベントとして行われた Dyndrite LPBF PRO ワークショップでは、金属積層造形の未来を垣間見ることができました。本ワークショップのハイライトは、実際のソフトウェア操作体験にとどまらず、世界トップレベルのコラボレーションによる成果を間近で確認できたことです。

展示されたのは、埼玉車体株式会社が愛知産業株式会社および株式会社荏原製作所と共同で製作した、見事なニッケル合金製クローズドインペラー。
その非常に滑らかなダウンスキン面と最小限のサポート構造は、先進的なソフトウェア技術と日本のものづくり精神、すなわち品質・精度・職人技への深いこだわりが融合した結果、生み出された高い完成度を物語っていました。

このインペラーは、Dyndrite LPBF PROのような最先端のデジタルツールが、設計者の意図を高精度かつ再現性の高い造形へと結びつける力を持つことを示しています。テクノロジーと経験の融合によって、革新が現実の成果として具現化します。

ワークショップには、愛知産業株式会社 営業マネージャー 日比裕基氏および 埼玉車体株式会社 総務部長 阿久津光雄氏も登壇され、日本における金属積層造形の発展に向けた取り組みや現場での知見について、参加者と活発な意見交換を行いました。

日本の製造業が誇る卓越した品質と、先進的なソフトウェア技術の融合が、金属AMの可能性をさらに押し広げていくことを期待しています。
