Please remember that the process of obtaining a visa takes a minimum of three months. You are strongly encouraged to begin the application process as early as possible. The U.S. State Department website includes visa information concerning temporary visitors to the United States that may be helpful to you.

NOTE:

Securing an invitation letter to attend ICAM 2026 does not confirm your registration to attend. You will need to register for ICAM 2026 separately, registration will open later in Spring of 2026.

Letters for use in visa applications will only be provided to presenters, attendees, and sponsors of ICAM 2065. ICAM 2026 cannot send the letter to an embassy or consulate for you, nor can we contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the United States.
